Because we’re heading across the Atlantic to these neat islands called “Ireland and Britain,” to take in the famously blue skies/warm weather, their beautiful gastronomic contributions (yer blood sausages , yer haggises), and some coffee and cafes that we’ve always wanted to check out (and a few that we’ve been dying to get back to since 2018).
